well since the war happened in 98...that was the time we came to US...i did hear in the news about the war breaking out but i didnt actually know what was going on since i was young and didnt understand english, nor did i have any computer

We welcomed 64 kosovars in our home in Albania. It was horrible to hear from them what they went through. I can't even imagine how humans can endure such pain amd still have the strength to go on with the long journey.

The most emotional part was when they returned to Kosovo. Everything they had was gone. Only ashes left.

These pictures made me cry. They deserve to be one prosperous independent nation.

besides, Santa said it the way it was back then. Most of those "ignored" Albanians couldn't care less about Kosova just for the fact that most of them just got out of the Enver Hoxhas hell Hole.

They where too busy doing everything they could to feed their families. Kosova was last in their list of worries.

I heard kosovar families who went to albania as refugees who were taken in by albanian families were complaining that they didn't give them enough meat and albanian families were like well we only eat meat once a week and the kosovars were like what the hell man back in kosovo we ate meat every day. Is that true, did they really were not able to afford meat in albania and much as in kosovo?
