I hope I don't offend people with bumping this but does anyone know of a good sentence translator for Albanian? So I wouldn't have to bother people anymore?

I've tried the Lingvosoft dictionary software but that doesn't seem to make any sense when trying to translate a sentence
Even babylon software doesn't help out much

Is there something like Babelfish.altavista.com for albanian?
