Hello again!
My doubts now are about possessive pronouns.
1) simple possessive
my mother = ime nėnė
my father = im atė
my house = shtėpia ime
my dog = qeni im
(right?)
his mother = i nėna (?)
his father = i ati (?)
her mother = e nėna (?)
her father = e ati (?)
his house = shtėpia e tij (?)
her house = shtėpia e saj (?)
his dog = qeni i tij (?)
her dog = qeni i saj (?)
(?)
Well, number 2) will come soon... :)

As promised, here goes nŗ 2):
How do I use a possessive and an adjective at the same time?
My guesses:
Your new house: shtėpia jote e re
My old dog: qeni im i vjetėr
His new computer: kompjuteri i tij i ri
There is more to come...

Sounds about right to me.

Now, I have a number and a possessive and an adjective; like:
My two new books = dy librat e mi e rinj (???)

My two new books = dy librat e mi e rinj (???)
Dy librat e mi tė rinj.
You forgot the 't'. :)

Dy librat e mi tė rinj.
You forgot the 't'. :)
After the first adjective, the following ones have "tė" regardless of gender, number, case or definiteness, is it that?
I remember of reading something about it, but I am not sure.
"te" is the article for adjectives which correspond to PLURAL nouns - regardless of the nouns gender, sim. :)
However, I would always have used the word order:
Noun Adjective PossessiveP rather than Noun PossessiveP Noun. Guys???!
Shtepia e re ime APO shtepia ime e re ?!?!
Ahhh welll - always was bad at it hahaha...

Shtepia e re ime APO shtepia ime e re ?!?!
I thinks it's the latter.

That's the correct one

Just found it:
Sing. Def. Masc.
nom.: i
acc.: e
dat./gen./abl.: tė
Sing. Def. Fem.
nom.: e
acc.: e
dat./gen./abl.: sė
Sing. Indef. Masc.
nom.: i
acc./dat./gen./abl.: tė
Sing. Indef. Fem.
nom.: e
acc./dat./gen./abl.: tė
Plural Def. Masc./Fem.
nom./acc.: e
dat./gen./abl.: tė
Plural Indef. Masc./Fem.
nom./acc./dat./gen./abl.: tė
[Makes me remember German... :S ]
If I use numbers and possessives, then the noun is definite; that is why I first thought I should use 'e' instead of 'tė'.

Immediately after the table I found this:
"(...) When the adjective does not immediately follow the noun, the form is always 'tė' except for the nominative masculine ('i') and nominative feminine ('e') in singular."
That solves the question ;)

Btw., the grammar I am using is the one found in the beginning of "Readings in Albanian, Part 1" by L. Newmark and others.
Ah good oh - serves me right for always guessing haha! Cheers!

Well, in my opinion the advice of a speaker of the language is more important than books.
That is why I think I will be bothering you with my doubts for a long time yet ;)
